Creative Capsule

Online and open to all

Creative Capsule is a midweek dose of creative calm. Creative Capsule is built on the premise that engaging in creative processes can be good for our health by helping us relax. It is designed as a short online “dose” creative process for individuals who may want to (re) connect with the arts and creative expression as a resource for their own health and wellbeing. Creative Capsule is offered every Wednesday from 8pm to 8:40pm online and free of cost. Each capsule is facilitated by a different artist-facilitator drawing on a different art form.

Aaraama-a

Using the arts for self-care

In this workshop,  a trained facilitator will help you learn how simple arts processes can help you release tension and connect with the present moment. Aaraam-a uses a combination of simple games, observation activities, creative tasks and reflective exercises. You are not required to have any prior background in any art forms to attend this workshop. Facilitation is both in English and Kannada.

Aaram ka Adda

A 3-day expressive arts-based workshop with Creche workers

March 26-28, 2026, Delhi

One of the questions thinkers have been deliberating upon with respect to care work is, ‘Who cares for the care worker?’.

Creche work is care work for children, which demands both care and creative labour. What can then be ways to replenish and rejuvenate creche workers so that they can sustain and thrive not only in their professions but also in their lives?

Aaram ka adda is a 3-day expressive arts-based workshop exploring that question, which aims to offer the participants an experiential space to unwind, rest and care for themselves and each other.
